All aircraft operated by Sky Limo from the “Our Fleet” of aircraft are licensed and certified by the FAA, US DOT and other government agencies and are under the operational control of Sky Limo at all times. In addition to FAA regulations, Sky Limo is required to meet internal standards for safety and reliability established by Sky Limo. Aircraft that are not directly operated by Sky Limo and which are in the “Brokered Fleet” of aircraft are operated by other air carriers who are also licensed and certified by the FAA and US DOT. Sky Limo does not own, lease or operate the “Brokered Fleet” of aircraft but acts as a marketing/booking agent for those (“Brokered Fleet”) aircraft for its corporate clients and leisure travelers. Transportation booked through Sky Limo for travel on aircraft in the “Brokered Fleet” will be arranged through the interaction of Sky Limo on behalf of its client(s) and the operator of the specific aircraft.
